There is no minimum order value — you can buy a single pallet. We still recommend combining multiple pallets in one shipment to reach the $2,500 Volume Buyer Credit (-5%) or the $5,000 Enterprise VIP Discount (-10%).

How are volume discounts calculated?

Volume discounts are auto-applied at cart calculation. A 5% Volume Buyer Credit is applied to procurements of $2,500 or more, and a 10% Enterprise VIP Discount is applied at $5,000 or more. Both credits stack against the manifest subtotal automatically — no coupon code required.

Yes. Every pallet manifest is digitally audited prior to listing. We target 95%+ accuracy on Brand-New listings and 80%+ accuracy on Customer-Return listings. Aggregate retail valuations are derived from contemporaneous US retail pricing and stored for 36 months for audit review.
