We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when adding inventory to your cargo queue or contacting our desk: corporate buyer name, company name, delivery address, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and the items selected for procurement.

We do not request or store payment card credentials, bank account numbers, or government identifiers on this portal.

Buyer information is compiled into a single structured manifest message and transmitted via end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp directly to our corporate desk at +1 (442) 295-0174. Information is used solely to (a) confirm dispatch logistics, (b) coordinate payment settlement, and (c) issue tracking documentation.

To preserve your cargo queue across navigation, your selected pallet IDs and quantities are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is cleared upon explicit cart clearing.

We transmit manifest summaries via WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms Inc.) which applies its own privacy policy to message contents. We do not utilize advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or cross-site cookies on this portal.

All data transmitted to and from this portal is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption. Manifest data routed via WhatsApp benefits from end-to-end encryption. Internal access to our desk inbox is restricted to authorized account directors only.

You may request deletion of any retained contact records by messaging our WhatsApp desk. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required for shipping documentation or tax recordkeeping.

The Cargo Vault portal is intended exclusively for institutional buyers and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
